DFW International Rescue Committee Helps Refugees

The International Rescue Committee in Dallas has been working nonstop to help the rising number of Afghan refugees entering the United States rebuild their lives. They are currently rehoming and providing services to arriving Afghan refugees living in or traveling to Dallas.

Their lives have become chaotic, they have been uprooted and devastated financially. Our donation goal is to raise $500 and all donations will be going toward the IRC in Dallas, TX. A total of $500 can help establish a mobile clinic that can help provide medical care to multiple families. All donations can help fund emergency kits, malnutrition treatment, and temporary shelters.

It's difficult to imagine having your home being taken by a terrorist organization and being forced to leave your home. Refugees face the struggle of migrating and looking for safety and refuge. We see the chaos at a distance through the news, this is their new life.

From a glance, the Dallas IRC location provides asylum seekers, refugees, immigrants economic empowerment, education opportunities, immigration, and legal help such as green card assistance. The organization also provides translation services and delivers valuable information to people locally and internationally as to where to get help.

Your donations can make it possible to provide housing assistance, uncovered medical expenses and counseling, and support services for the refugee families coming to the United States looking to regain control of their lives.
