End Human Trafficking in North Texas

Human trafficking in the state of Texas has claimed over 200,000 victims each year. This establishes Texas as the second highest state in the United States of America for human trafficking and it is often proven that these statistics are underreported. We are a group of college students from the University of North Texas trying to raising money to benefit C7 Human Trafficking Coalition. Human trafficking claims its victims at a young age and forever alters their life. Victims who have escaped or been vindicated face the inability to gain employment and safe housing. These obstacles can result in the survivors returning to the modern-day slavery of trafficking. The mission of our campaign is to raise awareness for survivors of human trafficking and supply victims with proper resources to transform their lives. 

 

C7 Human trafficking Coalition is a registered 501(c)(3) charitable organization based out of North Texas and is a collaboration of over 40 nonprofits that provide various avenues to stop the human trafficking industry. They work in raising awareness regarding this issue, aid in the extraction of victims, and help survivors gain closure and employment.

 

Your donation will provide victims of Denton, Cooke, Grayson, Wise, Collin, Dallas, and Tarrant counties with the financial resources they need in order to obtain a GED, reasonable and safe housing, and emotional healing. With your generous funding, C7 will be able to provide many of their non-profit’s funds to continue to help survivors move forward in life, help current victims escape from this industry, and provide training resources and courses to better educate the public regarding this issue.
